Fertility / Lifestyle

Lifestyle factors, such as smoking, alcohol and being overweight reduce your chances of becoming pregnant

There are many studies that show a correlation between lifestyle and fertility.

Therefore, it is a good idea to eat healthily and avoid or reduce consumption of stimulants (coffee, cigarettes and alcohol).

Changes to your lifestyle

Even if you change your habits in relation to diet, exercise, smoking, coffee and alcohol, you do all "the right things" and still do not become pregnant with the first treatments, it can be very frustrating. However, it is important to maintain a healthier lifestyle as we know that this is best in the long term.

Recent research also shows that smoking while undergoing fertility treatment and in pregnancy can reduce your baby’s fertility in addition to the many other negative effects for you and a future baby. We strongly recommended, therefore, that you stop smoking
