Besides, it can easily happen that you do » the right things«, and still do not become pregnant from the first inseminations.
It may feel frustrating especially if the time prior has been characterised by a great sense of longing/privation.
Eat healthier, reduce or quit the consumption of stimulants and do it at your own pace.
