We believe that it is important that the insemination is tranquil and that you have your heart and soul with you before you move into a stressful city.
Some women do not feel the need or have the time for rest, this is perfectly fine!
Whether it is candles, a cosy and warm atmosphere, fresh flowers, your own music, an attentive and caring meeting with us as human beings or something else that means something to you is immaterial to us.
The most important thing is that you had a good experience when you became pregnant.   

How you want your insemination to be is thus completely up to you and your wishes.

The donor sperm is prepared
In the hours prior to your arrival, the donor sperm is cleansed in order to sort out male hormones, bacteria, dead sperm cells etc. It is important to carry out this cleansing, so that only the fastest swimming sperm is inserted into the uterus.

The setting surrounding your insemination is safe and relaxing and we explain in detail what needs to happen. 

The actual insemination takes place swiftly and by sperm being inserted into your uterus through a thin catheter at the time of your ovulation.
As you will experience, we have developed a gentle insemination technique, which is especially suited for women who normally have a difficult time going through a gynaecological examination.
