The health record consultation is a personal interview, which is to ensure that you are ready for the process both physically and mentally and that you get the counselling you need. 

You are asked to bring a copy of your driving license or passport to be enclosed in your records.
When you arrive for the actual insemination you will be asked to provide picture ID.
This is to ensure the highest level of security possible.  

You do not need to have all your test results prior to the medical record consultation, however, all your papers must be in order before the actual insemination. 

What we talk about
The consultation is about you and your situation. In addition to going through your records and guiding you in regards to the further process, it is also here that we talk about the more emotional aspects, about a healthy living, diet, work and lifestyle.

We do this from the point of view that the healthier you are PRIOR to becoming pregnant the healthier a pregnancy and the healthier a baby you will have.
This knowledge builds on "Foresight" – a program developed by British doctors. 

We evaluate whether it is likely that you will become pregnant and discuss your considerations.
45 - 60 minutes are set a side for the health record consultation.

You may come alone, with or without partner or with a good friend.
If you have a partner it is best if she or he attends, even if you have consultation by phone.
