Private donor

If you have a private sperm donor or a male partner, his sperm may be cleansed and inserted into your cervix.
Your donor must have various examinations prior to insemination among other things HIV, Hepatitis and Chlamydia. Your personal physician can perform the examinations. 

Remember that you may be HIV infected prior to examination. HIV-antibodies may take months to develop.
A negative HIV test is only a guarantee that the person in question was not infected with HIV about 3 months prior to the examination.  

If you wish to use fresh sperm from a friend it always comes down to a matter of trust between you and the future donor or father as to whether he is fit and healthy.  

The quality of the man’s sperm is examined in ample time prior to the insemination.
A personal physician or we can do this, you will receive the results of the sperm test the same day.
The day you are to be inseminated we need the fresh sperm one hour prior so that we have time for the cleansing.
