The storks have help
It is with pleasure that we have accepted a request for help from Storkene.dk – a ornithological association that works towards making the Danish landscape more friendly to storks and other birds living in meadows.
Our decision to agree to providing financial support to Storkene.dk is inspired by both the stork as a magical and popular European symbol of fertility and by the Buddhist philosophy concerning ”karma”, i.e. cause and effect of our actions.
We therefore hope to have contributed to Denmark’s only breeding stork couple Ida and Emil having fledged young in their nest in Gundsømagle - also for the years to come.
